Product overview
The Volo shell is injection-moulded from 100% virgin Bayer polycarbonate — not recycled regrind, which fractures at the corners after repeated impact. Wall thickness is graded: thicker at the corners and rim, thinner across the panels, so the case absorbs impact without carrying unnecessary weight. At 2.9 kg it sits below the strict cabin weight limits of most European carriers while still passing a 12-drop tumble test from 1 metre fully loaded.
