• Commercial data: quotations, orders, invoicing and shipping details.

• Performance of supply contracts and invoicing — Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months; accounting records are retained for 10 years as required by Italian law. Consent-based data is deleted upon withdrawal.

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with IT and hosting providers, accountants, logistics partners and public authorities where legally required. Processors act under Art. 28 GDPR agreements. No transfer outside the EEA takes place without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to yangjinde001@proton.me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Providing contact data is optional, but without it we cannot process your wholesale enquiry.
